These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Loro Essence online store. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to different monitor and screen settings.
Please refer to our size guide before placing your order, as sizing may vary between products.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
Loro Essence reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price displayed at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
4. Payments
Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.
We accept the payment methods available at checkout.
5. Shipping
Shipping times and costs are outlined on our Shipping Policy page. While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Loro Essence is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Customers may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving their order.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In their original condition
- With all original tags attached
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted for return.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@loroessence.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, graphics, product designs, images, text, and branding, is the property of Loro Essence and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Loro Essence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
