Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Delays

We always do our best to ensure your order arrives on time. However, delays may occasionally occur due to high shipping volumes, public holidays, or customs inspections. These circumstances are beyond our control.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Before sending any return, please contact us at info@loroessence.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Unwashed
• In their original condition
• With all original tags attached
• Returned in the original packaging where possible

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the reason for the return.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Loro Essence is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
